I´ve found this on a spanish tattoo forum, it says the builder is a mexican named Arrasa Aguillen, but couldn´t find any information about price, just for curiosity.

a lot of Tattooers in south america uses this and love it ...but i have never try it . Its have a little amount of give.

ive got a really old rotary that uses this system, its silent! i can take a picture if you want, i'd be interested to see what people would pay for this type of machine
