Neo Tat stroke

Has anyone had any issues with neo tat stroke length? I have a 3.5 that has a longer stroke than my 4.5 machine. The 4.5 engine came with a wobble in the shaft and the 3.5 cuts out.. I still cant put em down even with the issues they just run how i like them. So has anyone had any issues with yours? Also my 3.5 has a red spring i dunno if that means anything.

My one original 3.5 Neo Tat RCA cuts out all the time, its maddening and its not the cord, I use the same series of cords on all my machines and just that one constantly cuts in and out with no explanation what so ever, nothing seems to be mechanically wrong with it...

Best to give them a call. Don't matter who answers the phone they all know what's up. With most builders some things are an easy fix with phone instructions.

I have two vivace 4.2 and a 3.2 love them so quiet and run balls out all the time. Just converted my manager Tracey to one of ray's machines and I think she has fallen in love with it. I swear she takes it home and sleeps with it under her pillow.
