flite v2 question

My coworker got a vice model flite v2. My question is if he was to get the hawk flex grip could he use his spring bars in it. Does the plastic piece on the bars fit snug like on the regular hawk grips? If anyone has this setup please reply.

I know that there are a few companies that sell adapters for the flex grip so they can be used with a vice type machine

Hawk makes a grip that is adjustable but has a back stem to fit any standard vice machine. I was wondering if the back stem on the flex grips house the white plastic piece on the give bars for the flite.
