Halo motor dead

My Halo motor stopped working with about 90 hours. Is this normal?

I have dealt with them honestly you should find the whole thing stress free.

email Kayleigh at [email protected] and tell her whats up. Any issue I have ever had was on its way to being solved by the end of the day.

I had the same problem but they fixed it with in 48 hours including shipping.
