Bishop with front face plate info wanted...

Hi guys...Do i remember there being issues with the bishops with the enclosed faceplates?...I have had a offer of one but i think i remember there being a few issues with this faceplate model?...Any info...

I had one-they were pretty loud and to lube them was a bitch compared to the others.
