After a couple of weeks from my last text to him,I finally got a response. He was very apologetic and said he'd call me the following day and explain the situation.
Never got a call.
But he did text a few days later. Saying he planned on sending out refunds plus a machine (when they're ready), which is getting a complete overhaul.
I'm not holding my breath. If a refund and/or machine shows up in my mailbox, great. If not, lesson learned.

Actually, if i remember right, last year (around this time) when i spoke with him on the phone he was promising a revised version of the raptor plus one of his other machines (warthog i believe?).

It's sad met this guy at a convention seemed to be reliable had my hands on the machine had some hiccups but nice design its a shame that you are all going though this makes it harder for the startup guys who have a good or great product but need The backing to get it off the ground

You.re right darkness... the money are gone ... especially for us non US citizens. I really dnt hope to get the money back.. but something to match the value of the 3 machines i paid for !!! All the time the guy was really cooperative on the phone .. till 1 day when he stoped answering....
Anyway .. you lose some , you win some .. and the other way around ...

no -from outside the usa its very bad for a legal claim. You need a usa lawer and the have a expensiver wage for clients thats non citizen. You have to Pre bank for court costs. And claims from non us citizens are lower radet. I have speak with a lawer for this.

Even if people tried to sue and won, it's doubtful any of us would recoup our money. Like I said, if I get my money back or better yet the machine I paid for, great. If not, we got burned and learned a lesson. This guy has buried himself and his reputation in our trade. And hopefully he won't be able to rip anyone else off with his bullshit scams.

I live in Australia and i never received the machine either...... by now nothing good will come out of it. The guy has had a good laugh and that's it.......
'as far as I'm concern, I stay with the known brands now.... I use inkjecta flite V2 only and I'm really happy with them....
lesson learned. Never will I buy before a machine is out and certainly not from a small guy..... not worth it......

What i dont get is in the pics are all the machines in bits... so what have came of all the bits and motors..? Even if it didnt work well, im sure some of us would have finished it off or made it better. Look at the 1st centi bloody hell great idea but there was some design flaws in that .. but now look at it new design with magnets top notch. Thats what gets me is what went wrong? Knowone seems to know want happened. The bloke hasnt the balls to explain himself.

what you see is only a little batch -he have sold a lot more. Paypal have get over 100 inquirer ! So you know the amount he have get. He have not offer one from his coils or other machines. I knowing two artist they have order 2 coils from his website , and getting nothing ! and i speak from his coils that he have for sale. Not this prototypes !

Ok so 4 years since the scum and we all seem to forget about it. really? i know is not a lot some of us can do from over seas(for now) .. but at least you guys that leave in the US could shake him a lil. i just heard by nonrelated artists he is still doing conventions in the US.. selling stuff and tattooing ?!?!?! as if nothing happened ?!?! Man , that day will come when i.ll visit the US and karma will bring this guy in front of me in some convention or wherever. i.m gonna make him cry on the spot, especially if i.ll see him in a conve. his reputation will be more shitty that it is.

Yep lucky i only ordered one, but being in the uk i was screwed, no way was anybody outside the us was going to get their money back.. total wanker, the only people got their money back was the ones he was going to bump into at convention and as im never going to bother going to US, it will be never me. The thing is now i wont invest in anybodies machines from the US, its to risky, unless i can order it from a surplier in the UK or europe.

Yes, we have make a rich man and we all have work for him and send the money. I think this have change a lot. New machine builder have now a bad way to sell. We in Europe buy mostly only in the EU or only from great builder with big names. We don't trust.... So it's have change a lot
