Got offered this in a trade. No signature or made in the USA stamp. Contacted bishop and waiting on a response but figured I would post it here. http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/08/30/3e09c682bbc957595cb18f941260752d.jpghttp://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/08/30/319e9dd333716ec789dd14d08a1ae50b.jpg

The way the vise area looks in the 2nd picture looks real fishy.

Been trying to trade my good old rotary works for something new to try out, and this the only offer I've got that I've had interest in, but something about it doesn't feel right

It looks like chrome covered plastic or some cheap metal. It doesn't look right.

No it was not. Was through tattoogear4sale. The person claims they received the machine in a trade, and didn't know much about it.

Its a definate fake Bishop. I can spot those things rather easy nowadays and unfortunately theres been alot of "Professional" tattooers that knowingly try to sell them as REAL ones. Im not sure in your case who the guy is or what his intentions are, but figured Id let you know. Thanx for checking

Thank you Franco. I let him know. He received it in a trade and wanted to trade it, but was unsure himself. So it is him who got burned in the end.

if he was unsure, he shouldn't have tried trading it until he did the research that you had done. to me it sounds like he was trying to unload a shitty machine he possibly got in a trade. if you don't know you find out, and all of this is done before trying to post a trade to someone else. just bad form imho.

I totally agree. He knew what he was doing.
