Curious is anyone is using this with standard needle set up?
Pros Cons?

I have run it and its really nice for a rotary , lot of power and less weight , very good balance and not noise as the old ones. You can very fast set the stroke on the fly with a allen key on the cam - 3 strokes and its def worth every penny.

I agree with everything @darkness said! I got mine today and it runs like a bmw. Extremely quiet even on 10 volts long stroke. It was without manual in the box, but it's on inkmachines web site. My first impressions are that I will buy a second one soon. :)

How easy is it to change the stroke?

27494I assume the new stroke adjustment allen screw is the one beside the needlebar pin. What's more exciting is it's only $440 through their webshop (not including shipping)

That allen. Screw you're talking about is to take the stay up spring out.... to adjust the stroke you have to move a screw on top of the cam that's covered by the black cover. It's definitely not adjustable easily on the fly.

If you memorize what is the position of each stroke it takes 30 seconds to change it. Keep in mind that even with short stroke the position of the needle is the same so you should kinda get used to it. Read the manual on inkmachine's website, at least the part about strokes.
