Edge X stopped working (Resolved)

well, after selling all my other machines because i thought the edge was the perfect one, I come into the shop and plug it in today and nothing happens. I tried 2 different power supplies, 2 different rica cords and on different machines, all work on all, yet the edge is dead. help????

does the motor bolt spin without the body?....meaning just the hex drive on the motorbolt

no, when i disconnect it and plug it in, it does nothing.

i can spin it with my fingers, so it isn't froze up. yet with power, nothing. Hopefully the motor isn't bad, I have only had this thing about 3 weeks.

Tell FKi am sure they will help. Could just be a loose connection to the RCA inside the motor bolt.

i hope its something simple, it sucks because it has been the only machine i have used since i got it, i sold all my other machines just in the last week , figuring i didn't need them anymore, oops!
