I have both, and honestly they are both great machines. I tend to grab my fk more to be honest. I was bouncing back and forth between the 2 myself and honestly what sold me on my final decision to buy the fk before the flite was Gaston. His customer service is second to none... where I haven't seen any good reviews on inkjecta customer service. I purchased my edge x new, and picked up the flite v2 in the classifieds here a few weeks later just to try it out and have one.

I just got an edge x, first cartridge machine for me (I have used the thunder a little though too) and its a great allrounder in my opinion. Lines shades and colours well at 4ish mm stroke.

Fk customer service is great but tbh, nothing beats the flitev2. The motor ( brushless ) is powerfull.
