Just received my dirty bastard from Jason Perry aka illustratedgentleman on the instagrams aka Horikaiju on the forum here. Man, this thing is sweet! The amount of work that he puts into these is apparent. It runs strong and silent. I got to do a little lettering with it today and it was smooth as butter. Can't wait to see what this thing is capable of. I'm really impressed with everything about this machine. He could charge a lot more for the amount of work he puts into these. Solid build and really solid guy.
Thanks for looking. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160204/da9ca40b44ac8888b4eb50b6b17c5114.jpg

So, after tattooing with this lil guy for a few days, I have to say I'm really impressed. Lining is pretty effortless and very coil-like. It bogs nicely with color packing and blending, as well. I haven't adjusted the stroke for black and grey yet. But I'm sure it'll handle that with no issues at all. Overall, this is a fantastic machine both in looks and functionality.

Do you get clients questioning the look of the machine at all, as far as thinking it's dirty??

Nothing like that, yet. If someone does mention it, It'd be pretty easy explaining the difference between a patina finish and plain old grime and corrosion, I think.

Thinking of trying one of these. Is there a website he sells them on?

I contacted him through Instagram. He sells through the big cartel website.
