Hey guys i was wondering what it would take to convert a clipcord or rca to the 3.5mm jack cheyenne uses.

Somebody told me its not possible just like that but i cant see why.

Any tips or advice is welcome
Thnx

Shouldn't be too difficult. Mounting the jack may be an issue. And you'll need to figure out if the positive lead is on the tip, ring or sleeve of the cheyenny cord. But, with a little experimentation, you should be able to figure it out.

I had thought that by now some of the bigger builders would have started added jacks already.
Either way the 'non-compatibility' of MT Derm WILL be overcome.
I too, would also like to convert some of my other machines to jacks, purely for the ease of using 1 cable whenever the cheyenne is in my arsenal.
Enough people convert their cheyennes the other way around to RCA, but messing around with a machine that has that price tag/voiding warranty is just too much of risk.

Excactly!!! I cant think of 1 reason to go on with that heavy rca cable

Losing the warranty sucks, but i think the pleasure i have of this conversion is worth something.

I cant stand that heavy rca cable!!! A compact lightweight machine isnt a lightweight machine when that bulky rca cable is in the back.

Plus!!! A jack cable rarely breaks on me...a rca way to many times.
