I wouldn't think so. According to Gastons videos, the mechanism inside is something completely else (more like Cheyenne's one, if I remember correctly). It's just that it's been showed so much lately that it shouldn't be too hard to copy the design.

Whos to say, some of the zoins been with artists to try out for months, somebody could have taken photos of the inside mech or even went to china, it only takes a few hours to scan something. Thats the problem with pre promoting and bigging things up so much. If everything was kept quite till the day of release things would have be fine for a few months.
