Nano Elite Start up

I have a new Inkjecta Flite Nano Elite, Redrum edition.... Sometimes, when I plug it up to run the light will come on, but it wont run. I thought the machine was broken... If I turn the voltage up to like 13 or so, it will start no problem, and work Like normal and start up at any voltage afterward. It only does this sometimes... Normal? Its only a couple months old and used with a critical PU

Try the jumpstart option on your power supply.may help

Something is wrong. The nano starts without jumpstart around 4.5 volts. If yours isnt, there is a problem somewhere
