Ok first question i noticed when you were first selling it on ebay the the kit came with two motors & two complete setups parts to change from liner to shader-now i see it sold as just a shader at a lower price. What type of motor are these running? Are you offering any type of warranty on this machine?
Does this machine perform better as a shader?

I have dropped the name Stinger from my machine as there seems to be a chinese machine of the same name its a copy of the German swash Drive Rotary. When I choose the name about 9 months ago the only reference to stinger was a Huck and Spaulding coil machine call the Stinger Outliner tattoo machine so I thought I was pretty safe using the name on a rotary machine. I really do not want any confusion between my machine and anything coming from China as I have spent a lot of time on this machine.

Nedz you should read some of the posts on here about your machine-it does look like you have corrected the first models flaws that were talked about on here.It looks like your on way to makeing a good machine now. Please give us full specs on your machine.
There is also another machine builder out there that used the stinger name to. He has 3 models and they are based on a slider type set up that has no give which would run like a neo tatt & a bishop. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.132116650168511.22413.100001105315531

P (http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.132116650168511.22413.100001105315531).S. the first mass made rotary to use the stinger name was a copy of a copy- it copyed the jackhammer which was a copy of a aussie made swashdrive

I debuted the machine at the Tattoo Jam last week and people could not believe the punch the machine had running at 3.8 volts so much that I sold 10 machines. I got a lot of good feed back and I spent the last week making the changes but there was no need to change the motor. Two of the UK's major tattoo suppliers offerd to distibute the machine for me once I made a few changes to the machine and these were only the cosmetic changes that every one had mentioned.

The only reason I offered two motors and a kit is that when I looked on the Dragon Fly web site they offered replacement motors for 65 Euros plus a complete list of spare parts so I thought I will offer them free as a key selling point but when they did not sell I decided to get things rolling by reducing the price but offering less.

Thing is I believe in my machine I have worked with it for the past 9 nine months and I know it works but its hard to convince other people so I thought let get a few out there.

Ebay is a bad place to start with a new product people just want a bargin thats why the Chinese have flooded the market with copies of everything. I bought a John Clake forward facing single coil machine for 29USD and I own 2 originals so I had to buy it to see for my self.

I wish I had known about this forum before I started building rotaries it would have saved a lot of hassel.
