What if someone wanted to put their own picture inside the opening? I wonder if that's a big pain in the butt or if it's as easy as wrapping coils?

I know a artist that told me his tube vises striped out on two machines and he said a big dude came in picked up to fix them...have you herd of this

i havent heard of this problem .... the vise is very nice you dont have to tighten it much and it stays ....

the biggest thing is DONT change the stock chuck screw.... thats when you F it up

I changed it on mine, I used a spare Workhorse irons vice screw, I had to cut about 1/4" off the length and added a nice plastic washer-perfect.
