Bishop is making some noise

My bishop just started making some major vibration noise I just recently put the new maxim motor in it I took it a part and noticed the sleeve for the new motor was loose so I adhered it back on and put it back together and lubed it real good there's not as much noise but still more than my other bishop any suggestions?

My Bishop is considerably louder as well since I first got it. I figured it just settled in.
