I have made these for almost 10 years for Superior....my design, and with our shop workload right now we can't touch em for awhile. If one of you guys have the capacity to machine these for them, you can contact Eagle at Superior. They purchase around 500 a year in groups of 100 at a time. I don't have drawings other than the original conceptional drawings for Jim......I just programmed from my head on this one.

The motor is a governed speed mabuchi that I believe runs at 3600 RPM only. Most of the flywheels were made by me where the early ones were 316 stainless and then aluminum. The clamp is mine and some of the thumbnuts are too....the stainless ones. I think they went plastic.
We used to make a number of their machine frames and all the stainless grips....that was before they went with the china connection.
I don't want to get started.....but hey, they were a good customer for years. Our "bread and butter" so to speak.

Hey ray is there a way to bybass the governer- as i want to use this as a fast liner or do u know mabuchi size motor that will work/fit the frame that has a higher rpm-will be no problem with the needlerunners or t-tech setup.

I don't know of a particular motor that would work.....but I will check into it for you when I get back to town.

You know, the only thing I would say about Jim is that he lets his staff run things without him looking at how it's going......only after the .....hits the fan does he step in to see what's up.
We all hire our staff and give them the authority to do their jobs.....but you have to pay attention to direction things are going....right? not micro managment, just keeping a watchful eye.
