oh yes I hit you on face book about that machine.. looks great

the machine is available in 2 stroke lenghts 2,2 mm and 3 mm,aluminium frame
it has a mabuchi motor, the new one has 7 watt power at 7 volts, rotation is left
runs between 5 and 7 volts, acutaly i tested the machine a lot and was able to pack color with 15 magnum at 5 volts, but it depends, everybody has his own work style.maximum nr of needle used was 23 magnum
the sliding sistem is very simple one with low friction, protecting the motor
very simple design with few parts.
low noise and low vibrations
we abandoned the dampening because the machine runs very smooth, specialy with the 2,2 mm stroke/my favourite :)
everything is handmade excepting the motor and the ball bearing

That is a very good price :)

What is the weight of the machine and do you make a long stroke version for lining, something like 3,5 or 4mm ?

otto
01-19-2012, 02:17 PM
i tried it with 4 and 5 mm stroke, there was no difference in how the lines or color packing works, just aded useless vibration to the machine and a peper look shading.anyway with 3 mm stroke it has a huge needle hangout.
i don t know the weight but the frame without the motor is like a pack of cigars,so it must be under 100 grams

I'd sure love to hear a review. Specs would be nice too, weight stroke etc. Again the machine looks great.

right now are buliding some machines, when they are ready ,i ll write some words and if someone wants i ll be glad to send
i want to mention again that we cannot make more than 6/7 machines per month due to the fact that the machines are not made with cnc tools
but denner,if you decide to own one,let me know and i ll keep one
tomorrow i ll post a short video of the machine

thank you

Otto that machine is pure genius! You have made some thing simple yet complex! Pure genius! a removable front, wow! A correct, yet simple clipcord/rca mount. finally a machine were you need a frame to be, weight were need and not,yet sturdy!

A master tattooer finally makes a machine for the artist/tattooer!

Damn man, looks nice, where are you located in the world, reason for asking is shipping expenses and later on how difficult it is to get spare parts ?

Also found this, do you make them as well and what are the specs on them ?
