Three stroke lengths built in with 10,000 RPM motor, very smooth and easy to adjust with locking crankshaft. Each one custom made and polished also
can be engraved or custom colored. $350.

Works well with the T Tech system or standard needles and tubes.

That is sick! The built in 3 adjustable stroke lengths is such an awesome feature!
I'm curious as to the weight as well. Does this run more like a Rapier, Treasure Chest, or is it something completely new and different?

I have had the pleasure of owning and using a Scallywag for the past 4 weeks.
It is an awesome machine.
Yes it is a Direct Drive.
Changeable Stroke.....2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.2mm.
German Faulhaber Motor.
Very quiet machine.
I use TTech Carts exclusively and it runs them brilliantly.
It is a very "neutral" feeling machine.
Light weight at a bit under 3oz.
Nicely balanced.......can be used all day with no hand fatigue..
Impeccable build quality.
Excellent Vice.
Simple and Functional in design and appearance.
I would suggest that it is very much like using a Cheyenne Hawk, but better.
Have not used it with normal needle rigs, so cant comment on that combo.
Absolutely delighted with this machine, so much so that I have ordered another one.
Highly recommended.
Cheers
Dave

What Dave said. I designed it around my original machines back in the 80's only I shrank it via the sweet German motors. I have 2 motors I use the slow Treasure Chest motor for torque using large mags and the Rapier motor for lining and black and gray. You can use both for anything it just depends on your hand speed. It takes me about a week to turn one out. I machine them one at a time right now for fun. You can get them in any color you want if I can find it.
