Had this small portrait to do this week. It was about the size I would not normally go for. Cause the face area is too small to fit everything you want to put there.
Also the picture that I worked from was quite challenging as you can see here.
Worked with my Dan Kubin - 3rl and Hyper v2 - 7rm.
Silverback greywash inks.

Not bad at all considering the size and the reference. Why so small? Not like there's not enough room to do it the right size....was he too scared to get it bigger because mommy wasn't there to hold his hand?!? Lol

No. He had already many big tattoos done.
He was just so sure about the picture and the size he wanted. And where he wanted to get it also.

Customers often make it more difficult when we have to deal with their phobias. Often talk themselves out of a better tattoo, why not trust the Artist you've chosen when they've got as good a portfolio as you do and are obviously more experienced? Back seat drivers that don't even know how to drive but wanna micromanage every part of the process when their true job is only to shut up and relax to and pay up when it's done;) guess I gotta appreciate them cause otherwise it'd just be painting...
