Been using an ipad for a lot of my rough design work. I dont have a stylus yet so its just finger painting :)

Looks great, I really should invest but, the Boss has deemed we need a bigger house so toys are now on hold :(

The only annoying thing is that I went for the ipad rather than sticking with android because of the amazing paintings id seen done using Brushes app. But I ended up preferring sketchbook pro which is on android as well .. oh well.

ahh i have that app, I will have to give it a try for showing customers some options. Its a great idea, hope you don't mind if I copy ya!

dont think its copying at all dude.
I usually use the airbrush set to 0.02 opacity and build it up from there just using solid black and solid white. And the pencil for some more defined edges.

wow thats awesome how long did it take to do that??? Could you get used to using a pad quick?

Think the bottom one took around 3 hours. The top one took longer though, it was drawn as an upper arm design separate which I duplicated, flipped and extended to about 4 more layers to extend it in to the new design.

I used to do most of my design work using a wacom tablet so it wasn't much of a jump to the tablet, it just doesn't have the pressure sensitivity which makes it a little harder in a way.
