broke my vivace

so i picked up a vivace awhile ago, i love the machine. upon setting up one day while snapping the needle bar down into the little clip it just busted. can i get a replacement slide for it? i checked eikon and searched the taptatdaddio website but couldnt find anything. do i have to send it in?

any help would be awesome. want to get this thing working again!

they will work fine with rubber bands or needle runner unless you realy like the clip-parts(springs,slides,motors,backplates) used to be on the site>I am sure if you call they will send ya another one,they have good customer service.

Can you not just use an elastic band, or hit up Sage Oz, he makes tensioners...
