cant upload pics any more

I just cant load up any pics any more from my phone. Or straight from my computer has something changed? It just puts a little red round circle next to each upload its doing my head in why one day it works and now it dont.

Ive just up dated my phone and when I get a chance i'll see if the update has sorted it
