Its fucking awesome I love the dark night theme but you should consider taking the pic down or you might have to pay a fine for using a copyright protected logo since youre using it commercially when selling the machine...

but if u tattoo the batman logo ... are u in danger of geting a fine ? or all other logos .. its just another bat .. and its not commercially , cuz i dont make them at a large scale :) its just a custom build .

I think the way around it is if your client commissioned you to put one on the machine. They supplied the artwork and you did not make it and try to sell it as the batman machine.

as long as you are not marketing the machine in quantity with the logo you are safe also if there was not an added value due to the logo you are safe.

so here is the original batman logo .. the machine doesnt look like the car , or the bike ... or other thing related to batman .. the only thing related is the name .. that i`ve put because i didnt know what else to write ... so as i was saying the logo from the machine is just another bat that apears on google when u search for bat logo or tattoo .. i regret wrighting that name .. should of just put bat machine ... and spare us from this discutions . so if an administrator could just change the name of the thread i will apriciate it

I would not worry about it-it was a one off.
