I never see the specs of the cartridge listed anywhere. I assume there is no give. But the real question is what frames will it work on? I have seen some of the machines with the rear saddle cut off. I don't think that the cartridge is that big. But if I decided to buy one ever, I would think they would have a sizing chart.
