I think that one was made originally by SpecialTechnique, bet is has a real long stroke... ;)

Both designed for expensive photo equipment and guns but can be modified to probably suit your needs. The insides are very modular.

No worries, KATA would have to require a little clever re-engineering of what its really meant for. They stress test their bags by throwing them from moving vehicles and measure the wear on the bag as well as the level of damage to the contents. KATA started out making bags to transport weapons for the Israeli military.
