Can anyone tell which is positive and negative top or bottom on the neotat thanks and sorry for sounding dumb:)

Traditionally speaking my understanding is that the bottom is always positive. I have always set up that way. As for the NeoTat I believe it is that way as well. But you could always remove the back plate and look for the red wire to know for certain.

The pegs usually have a red band on them as well to indicate the pos side.

Regular one doesn't have the red band and me and machines taking them apart they probably end up broke :(

Who makes the neotat would I be able to send them a message o find out love the machine just don't wont to compromise the motor by second guessing :)
