any thoughts on these. i like bishops option to buy the 3.5 or 4.2 excenter for $25 opposed to having to dish out $125 to change stroke

Get the Vivace in a 4.2 and be done with it.

good point.lol.. and the way im buying and trading to try different strokes for different things , i think i wood change it quite frequently until i found what i liked best for the task at hand and if i wasnt digging it put it up for trade and move on to the next.lol

anyone else notice the bishops slide has more play than the neo tat resulting in the machine being much louder

its much louder and the funny thing is if u take the motor out the motor is smooth as silk. dont know if it will cause damage but i put a rubber band around machine positioned between the 2 needle clips and it helps considerably . also spoke with todd at Impact he said it need a higher tension spring and actually offerered to custome fit one to my machine for free

LOL funny shit bro i did the same thing with my bishops and it did help with the sound but i had to find the right ruber band so it didnt slow the machine down too much. I put it under the pin but where it wouldnt harm the needle at all then brought it around the neck then did a simple twist and repeated, then to the back ( i had a longer skinny band so it had to go around twice).

Sorry to drag this up but i couldnt pass lol
