That's a poor excuse for doing that to someone .. The line work is choppy their is blow outs everywhere, their is no composition or saturation, and their is no contrast.. You should go do a proper apprentiship and learn how to tattoo before you actually tattoo people..

I know that this tattoo is bad and that person does not deserve to think their getting a great tattoo and end up with this..
