i want to build a rotary, but i don't know where to buy motor's. anyone???

Ebay has tons. Carey, of Rapier and Blunderbuss fame makes no secret that he uses a Radio Shak motor in his base model machine to make it easy for one to replace if ever needed. You could start there.

You can also buy a motor from Ray/neotat or Dan Kubin on the forum. Depending on what you want to build like alie said you can also check ebay but you will want to do some research on motors so you don't buy something too fast especially. The rest of the build and design is the hard part especially if you dont have a mill and a lathe depending on how fancy and consistent you want to go.

Find a model airplain or model boat shop they stock loads plus they tell you what motor can be used and what volts current all that plus you can test them in there
