Got a new Diablo the other day was working fine for a few hours then the drive shaft would stick when i went to run it i would have to give it a shift with my finger and it ran but every time i stopped to restart it would stick i thought it may be the ttec needle bar making it jam so i switched to normal tip and needle same problem today running a liner once its in motion its fine but it is annoying when it jams you can hear the motor trying to turn but drive bar sticks i was thinking of giving it some lube but being brand new it shouldn't need any grease just yet any suggestions

It should be under warranty still-get a new one. Are you can go on the dragonfly website and look at the diagrams they have-(same internal design)could be the return spring, a bearing sticking ,some internal parts messed up etc.

When I got mine it wasn't aligned well. I took it apart, oiled it up properly and put it back together as strait as I could. Ran like a champ after that...
