My new to me LOD

20157LOD in its new home. Only done a few tattoos wi it so far, but the thing runs from pretty soft short throw to long throw with slight give.... All with a few sliders on your iPad... The official app runs his soo much better than the other apps out there. Only weird thing so far is the cartridges are kinda tight ! Oh and it gets a little hot if you run it with a long stroke and a ton of power.

My issue is the price over 1200.00 US dollars and its not droid compatible. You can buy a lot of good machines for that price.

Meh, I hear ya 1200 is a lot, especially if you had to buy 4 or 5 of um.... But ya only need one.

It is compatible with droid, you just have to use a different app, not the one dmitry wrote for it, so it doesnt have all of the presets and such... but it will work.

The black one is a coworkers, my other stylus is getting repaired at the moment. Love my stylus' I end up using them the most outta everything.

Tempted very tempted by the lod im just really loving the simplicity of no give at the moment this machine always has slight give.. But it really does hit plenty hard. I was all about no give till trying the stylus s and that changed my thinking a bit. For me the slight give almost lines and packs color easier. I'm back and forth on which setup I like the best. But between the LOD,stylus's, flite, and Cheyenne stuff I'm set machine wise... Haha unless some more cool cartridges specific machines come out soon. :)

I have the s and the h. I have been digging lining with both. I wasnt super sold on my stylus at first it took me a bit to find its sweet spot, but once I did its one of my daily machines for sure. Sweet man thanks for the compliment and liking the shops page. Hit me up if you have any questions about the stylus, I have one of the first ones and ive been running it 10+ hours a day pretty much sense I go it.

Ok so, my lod lost full stroke during a tattoo the other week... I hit up dmitry and after a bit of talking back and forth he sent me a full replacement. It should be here any day. I was a little concerned getting this machine and having it break and just being out of luck getting it repaired, but dmitry is a stand up guy and backs his product. After being out my lod for almost 3 weeks now I've been bouncing around using different machines stylus, thunder/spirit/hawk, flite and even my hyper v3 a bit... Alls I can is I miss my lod and I can't wait to get it back. It's hands down the most versatile machine out. Suits the way I tattoo perfect.
