Hey jay I found that they made 3 different frame versions all based of the same idea and towards the end runs they made nylon cams to replace the brass when it would wear away.

Frank did make some revisions to the frames, but they were minor, and yes he did make nylon cams as well, and a needle bar loop tool to get the right size opening for the bar to fit the cam. There were also two "baby eagle one machines" the were made and modified by by me that frank was quite proud of.

If I remember right the 109 represents the first model and #9 so for instance 156 would be first model at number 56. There were 99 in each model made. So that is a collector for sure in minty shape.

When I had it I tried to do research on it-asked around, found some enfo also on the web etc.
I had pics of all the models but they got erased when my pc crashed. He also made some nice PS to go with them.
Wonderland can confirm more then me I am sure, as it seems like he knew him somewhat.

Frank lives here in Michigan and still stops by the conventions and the shop every now and then to chat. I have one of his power supplies and it is a very nice unit. A had two of his machines #012 and #015 while I did enjoy them and used them for a couple of years I just could not get on with them. I did modify mine to be lighter by cutting off the back part of the frame, and I filed down the bottom of the tube vise as well as it would dig into my hand when I tattooed. When Frank saw them he called them baby eagles and took some of what I did to mine and made a few up to match.
