Biography:

Over the years I have worked in many different creative industries, from animation to stage and costume design to running creative workshops for youth arts organizations.These jobs helped pay the bills whilst I built on my visual arts practice. I always thought that surely I must be lucky, as a got to be creative at work. That's gotta be good right?

Then I found tattooing... and now I really know what it is to be truly passionate about what you do.

I had an unconventional apprenticeship at private studio 'Visual House' tucked in warren of artists lairs in the inner city, under the tuition of lovely Chiara, who got me off to a great start in my journey and taught excellent ethics and a spiritual approach to tattooing.

Now I am working at the super swanky 'Empire Tattoo' in St Peters, SA, Where I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by amazingly talented artists who share my love of the creepy, twisted and macabre. This influence has proved a great source of inspiration for me and as a result tattooing skill has grown exponentially Since I joined Empire in May this year.

So three years in and the more I learn the more voraciously hungry I become to know more. Imagine my delight when I stumbled upon a forum of professional artists!!! (there is so many dodgy scratchers out there in the land of interwebs!)
