At our shop we use square the shop has an account and we each have personal accounts. I use the shop account most of the time but when I use my own I pay my cut to the shop at the end of the night
If they pay their percentage to the shop, what difference does it make?
What if they forget oh I had to pay rent what not and I'm left holding the bag?

They are independent contractors working for a percentage
I use the paypal here instead of square. Same fee but with PayPal, I can use my PayPal debit card to pull out the shops percentage.
