All brodeur who makes the clippys or Rick Serna from stylus may be able to help you or try Eddie lollis .all are quite skilled in that department
have a guy in Spain, on FB the name is Sergio Gordo, run a tattoo supply, him repair most of the rotarys, is so cool this guy
