5th Annual halloween tattoo bash

A smallish convention held at the Newton abbot racecourse. Over the closest weekend to halloween I've alway gone on the Saturday as although it means closing the studio it's also quieter and easier to get around. It was fairly busy when we arrived at 11.30 but still managed to get a slot with Lawerence a native Samoan to finish the piece that wraps round my calf. Took about 2 hours and although on the shin was one of the least painful pieces I've ever had. After picking up some supplies had a few laps around and chatted to a few folks, had a look around and it was very quiet hardly anyone about so decided to head off home. Noticed a lot more people using rotaries this year, and I hope it was busier on the Sunday as it has a really good atmosphere, kinda cosy and it would be a shame to lose it.
