I think it's damned gorgeous, but how does it perform?

Its 500€ but it looks interesting...

It's Japanese so it probably works well. It's like a Samurai sword, made by a craftsman.

Looks nice, but all the blued steel has got to be heavy. I would assume that it would be about 200 grams

I've looked at thoise before Pete, they are gorgeous, I just wish the Yen wasn't so strong.

Yes, I myself must've missed it. These are the people that sell "Tebori" tools, once again though very exspensive. A damned good supplier though, all their products look top notch, and they have a very strict "Professionals only" policy which I totally endorse.
