My Bishop is LOUD!

Ive run it pretty much every day since I got it in Sept or so. Lots of tattoos on it. It is soooo loud now. Anyone else have this probelm? Ive lubed it up enough, the spring broke a while back, and I put a thinner random spring in it. It just sounds as if someone was putting their finger into a fan slowing it down.
Any suggestions?

mine doesn't, but another rotary I have had that same finger in the fan sound. It was the motor bearing going out. Swapped it now it's good

try pulling the motor out and running it buy its self. see if it chatters, it'll also give you a chance to clean and relube
