When the swash does this its normally a polarity issue. Are you running clip cord or RCA?
Clip cord got it so the machine runs clock wise it's the same with RCA it's annoying the machine is only two weeks old
Do you have Arte's contact info. He is good about getting back to people you just have to get his attention.

would say check the rca conn ive had that prob and was a quick fix
He also tends to lurk on here and if there is stigma in the title of the thread it will get his attention. If you get a response from him you will want to post the at least that its sorted out so people know he does not ignore tech help requests. :)Quote:
