dale, how much needle do u hang when shading with the plain brass?
about 2 to 3mm i use the 6v motor i run on 2.8 volts it runs hard and fast and i use 7 and 9 mag lional titchiner tcgb his extra long taper [not bug pins] ....but have started using the 12v motor just as good on 6.9 v ....

not a problem any thing just ask dude always happy to help ...that was done as well with talens indian ink and the drop system and tap water not distilled ...
