Definitely not a knock off bud, Impacts are made by one of the original developers of the Bishop I think (Todd Pekar) Others on here will know better than me. And from what I hear the Impact is a quality piece of kit
You won't be disappointed w/ an Impact. It is NOT a knock off & is different than the Bishop & the Neotat Vivace.
