Grim Reaper Sketch

Here's a sketch I did for a client who requested a grim reaper, but insisted I do what I want.

Unfortunately, he thought it looked "too dead".

Haha! I usually ask 20 questions, even if they tell me to give it my own twist. Last time I drew a nice piece, that I was given free range of the subject, I had to start from scratch. Nice work by the way.

When this happens I just save the drawing for the next Grim Reaper request that walks though the door. It's not like there won't be another one.
