Use the pwgs on the sides, and dont run the machine more than 6 volts, cuz it will destroy the rubberbands cuz the motor is very powerfull..i have gaved a one hor run to the machine, like all the machines i make and i didnt ad any prb, cheers nick

I'd be tempted to go to a decent hardware shop and get some o-rings large enough to fit.
Post a photo of the way you are putting the rubberbands on? I'm curious I have 3 nicks machines and never even saw a rubberband look worn in any way while tattooing. I'm curious :)
biggboy has 5 and never had this prb , but as what i was saying .. i will make a video and photos .. on how to put them
You could go with needlerunners or get Sage to make you a needlebar tensioner. I think needlerunners work very well with all of my rotarys.
never had any issues with rubber bands snapping on any of my nicks machine..Quote:
