I doubt super soft hit adjustment is not going to give you much luck with the ttech. The point of removing the return spring is that there is a return built into the tip. (hawk is a membrane ttec is a rubber band).

these guys are scared to remove the spring is there 2 springs or just that one give spring?

This is not the Give spring, this is the return spring
The give spring is hiding in the back of the GiveKnob/ shaft. The spacer goes in front of the give spring.
Lol now I'm wondering if the treasure chest I sold can be manipulated the same way?
