some times i use the grip with a cart tip and normal needles :)) ... the tips i clean and autoclave

Anyone using them with disposable cart grips?
I've had mine for about a week now and I'm loving it. I'm still learning my sweet spots with voltage and stroke, but it is pretty easy to pick up and learn. I've used the Kingpin slotlock carts and regular needles and tubes. For sure I prefer running carts, I'm not sure where the best place for rubber bands is while running a standard setup.
