ask for serial number - its hard with the spectras because they changed parts even through the same versions
Just solely basing off the photo it looks legit. serial number should be on the other side of that vise though. Best to ask artemis on here. he goes by arte. Just send him a pm with a link here.
I have never seen a knock-off box before but it doesn't mean it can't happen.
The knock offs have a brass colored top adjustment knob and needle post. This looks legit

You probably should ask before you buy next time.
You need to ask as many questions as possible to verify authenticity, prior to purchase/trade, and, yep, even the boxes are copied...
the guy assured me it was genuine a few times, theres only so much i can ask, just gotta hope for the best i guess
