its magnet mod- the adjuster dont work in the magnet mod
It does work...its just harder to turn because you have magnets working against eachother.
Try pushing in the rubber band retainer button while turning the stroke adjuster. Makes it a little easier to turn for some reason.
Ahhhh many different answers,
This video should help you. The Centri Magnet Mod.: http://youtu.be/9lFtrsDaHyY
This thing is running a truly long stroke, like 5/8s inch!
Did you open the hole on the needle bar? The loser the needle is on the machine the larger your default stroke is
And with no needle its huge at 10v
No I didn't open the needle, I just set a needle and tube up on it to see how it runs, I really like the way it runs! That is very creative!
I used it to tattoo some color on my calf today and I must say that the centri
is the most painless tattoo machine I have been tattooed with!
Yea your clients will love it. Mine expect nothing else now. Less trauma and heals faster. I only get tattooed by the Centri just because of this lol. Call me a wimp i dont care lol...
It is a very different feeling than coils or rotaries, by the way , is thing even considered a rotary??
I would say there is Coil, Rotary, Neumatic, and now Centrifugal. I could be missing a few. I think the pen ones like the stylus have a name for there vertical system not sure what though.
yea, i got it to loosen up.
I love love this machine,,next level she-it!!
the one thing ive really been curious about is the lining? with the machine being "100% give", do you have to crank up the voltage to lay a solid one pass line? and does the voltage determine stroke as well? also, if so, is the cobras stroke length function the same? thanks for info.
you can adjust speed and your stroke with the voltage and speed and stroke with the adjuster with the cobra. You will be able to find any stroke you like or need.
