Maybe Gaston should make that first spectra design. Everybody seems to really like it.
Took forever to find a pic of it on there, but yeah it looks a lot like the spectra(which looks to be a game changer)
this H!kon and that Inkah both resemble the Vivace to me, nothing new.
looks a lot like the spectra
its 320 euro's (423.00 USD) with free shipping to the USA
Can't say it isn't reasonably priced - free shipping to the U.S. could sweeten the deal for some. Really DOES look like Gaston's machine. I wonder what the quality/customer service would be like? Not sure how thought out the design is - that thumb screw looks like it may be a bit difficult to use (unless you use latex gloves), and that needle clip is really BIG! Sometimes I find it a little hard to get my needle out of my tiny little neotat clip (well, not HARD but it's definitely IN there when it's in there) and this clip would put even more tension on it. Interesting, but nothing I'd run out and buy right away.

They copy the shape of spektra from gaston, again with shit, why they don change shape ? This is 100% chinese attitude...
Copy the system but change the shape, this people don even have fantasy on this... I don like this way, sorry...
At a certain point everything been done already or in a similar way... Its must be hard for a new builder to come up with new stuff and improvements.
The first Spektra design is pretty cool no suprise people are doing similar designs.
The hint of swirl like shape doesnt look too bad...

just got an email from the owner of this company..they've dropped the price from 320 euro's to 230 euro's and they have a wholesale price if you buy 5 or more (don't know the wholesale price but I emailed him back and asked)
Cool
thats 300 us and with free shipping ,not bad! allthoe it is prob made buy non tattooers junping on the bandwagon to make a buck.
I think it is made by a bunch of Hungarian tattooists.
I'm still waiting for an email back from him on the wholesale price but if its a good price and if 4 other members want to go in on it we can can order 5 of them for the wholesale price
the wholesale price for 5-14 machines is 190 euro (248.00USD) and if you order more than 14 machines (distributor price) the price drops to 180 euro (235.00USD)
looks like another group buy!!
Wow I'd jump on that. One or maybe two.
Yeah, Ill take one.
me too
I too would like to try it one
Sign me up for at least one, maybe two-
well don't leave me out, I'll try one too.
me as well
I will take one to
does it have some type of give or is like the neo??
everything seems to have a dragonfly form factor these days...it' does seem like the parts would hold you back design wise as far as engineering. this is not like the spectra. it has no give and the spectra has some kind of spring system. i bet it's more like a neotat or a bishop with it's linear motion, no give, and needle clip. the ass end does look similar but there are a bunch of machines with the same look...nevermind if we start to talk about coil machines having similar looks. it's only gonna be so long before all the form factors have been created and only the logistics will be changed. at least the 4mm stroke is appealing. here's the website for this thing:

there is a british button top right if it's not translated from the link.
I don't mind doing a group buy as long as no one holds me responsible for their money. this is a new company and I just found them on facebook, I don't know much else about them. I believe they only have the red ones right now and zoltan (<the owner) says they were limiting production of this advanced sale model to 100 units..
but if everyone is ok with it, I'll put in an order..I want one myself...
hopefully its a good machine, cant wait for a review!
hey cashdaddy hit them up and see if it got a delrin slider or is metal on metal I am thinking the slider is under the metal and out the hole were it is the clip
http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...e=3&permPage=1
Slider is metal for sure
here is a copy of an email I got from zoltan:
Hello Thom,
the expected wait time is about 6-8 weeks because all pieces made by order.
The total cost of 15 machines is 180 x 15 = 2700 Euros , is about 3570 USD . it means unit price is 237,5 Usd.
The Shipping cost with DHL or FEDEX : about 185 USD with tracking code and includes Insurance for whole value of package.
So , the GRAND TOTAL of 15 machines is : 3570+185 USD= 3755 USD
You know, only the first time we need 6-8 weeks for shipping , because we are working now on keep stock in hand the machines in future , when the first 100 will done and saled out ,than we will can send ASAP our items in the next time. For now we have a very excited time of begining :)
Take care Thom, i wish the best to You :)

I think I'm going to order 1 machine to try it out first. If it is a quality machine then we can go ahead with a group order although with shipping charges added to the wholesale price, and the company being in hungary, i think our european friends on the forum would be better served to put a group buy together themselves to save on shipping...
ok so i asked about the slider if it was metal or metal with telflon/delrin : this was the response which was done in a timely manner:
"hello Michael.
for now you can see the prototype on our website but for now we change some parts to full-metal .
We also change the mechanic system to other kind of rotary system what is working with excentric-bearings .
Also news : double stronge dc motor having in H2 .
The New one is similar to system of swiss rotary or dragonfly tattoo machine. the new pictures of new model will available soon on website.
the machines all made by order, it means you can get limited edition, what is built to you . will signed and numbered , only 100 pieces will be saled out. "
So I would say this one is a prototype in which the tooling to make it was made-maybe it was not well received so that is the drastic price drop and soon to be design change as they are going to use a crank & bearing setup on the next one after some trial and error with this one.It does look to be machined well thoe-so it might be a cool machine -would like to talk to some one who has it about the metal slide setup & how that effects the performance-noise etc. It makes me wonder why the design change so soon?
did anyone buy one in the end????
They informed me that the slide was noisy and no good and they are making another like a swiss style-that would be the one you can get right now and it will go into production soon and they will post pics.I would only buy when the tested one comes out as the one right now is most likely a untested new prototype.
without naming companies, what's up with SELLING prototypes at full pop to artists and then acknowledging they came out with an unfinished product then to ask for more money for the next so called real production version? that's some BS$S!!!!
